Warranty conditions
Statutory conformity guarantee
Consumers benefit from a statutory conformity guarantee of 2 years from delivery. Products must conform to the agreement and be suitable for their agreed and normally expected use. This also applies to bespoke products.
For a conformity defect, you may request a free repair or replacement under the legal conditions. If these remedies are unavailable or do not meet the legal requirements, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.
Report a defect within two months of discovery to info@cemensa.com, with proof of purchase and, where possible, photographs and a description. Reporting later than 7 days after delivery does not exclude your statutory rights.
Our manufacturing and construction warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and construction defects, including microcement detachment caused by a manufacturing defect and structural defects in the top or base.
Damage demonstrably caused by misuse, impacts, falls, excessive heat, unsuitable maintenance or use outside the agreed application is excluded from this additional warranty. Normal wear is not a manufacturing defect. These exclusions do not restrict the statutory conformity guarantee.
The additional warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
