Dispatch

Delivery time

On average, we process and ship orders within 3-4 weeks of receiving payment. This depends on the workload at our carrier.

Postage costs

International deliveries based on weight are shipped via FedEx. National shipments based on weight are shipped via Bpost, DHL, or Post NL.

The prices on the website do not include shipping costs.

These can always be requested via our contact form.

Has your order not been delivered within the expected timeframe?  

Please contact us within 7 days. We are happy to assist you further.

Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your package.
                                                                                                       

Return Policy

cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.

Return conditions

Returned items must:

  • are unused and undamaged

  • Provided with the original unopened packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Returns are always at the buyer's expense.

    Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
