Care Instructions
Your table can be cleaned using a mild all-purpose cleaner or simply with warm water. A soft scouring sponge may be used for light cleaning, but avoid applying excessive pressure. Steel wool scouring pads should never be used. For best results, we recommend using a microfibre cloth.
After cleaning or exposure to moisture, ensure that the table is thoroughly dried.
Please do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning products, including vinegar, as these may damage the surface.
Avoid direct contact with hot objects, such as pots, pans, or hot plates. We strongly recommend using coasters, placemats, or heat-resistant trivets to protect the finish of your table.
Our tables are designed to withstand everyday family life and can certainly handle normal use by children. Children can comfortably play, draw, colour, or engage in creative activities at the table.
By “normal toys,” we mean activities such as playing with toy cars, colouring, modelling clay, and similar everyday play.
However, heavy toys, large building blocks, or objects that may be dropped with force onto the surface can cause damage. We therefore recommend exercising reasonable care to help preserve the beauty and longevity of your table.
Microcement is a durable and easy-to-clean material. The surface of the table is protected with a high-quality varnish, making it suitable for everyday use.
We recommend removing any visible stains as soon as possible and avoiding leaving them on the surface for extended periods of time.
Please note, however, that while microcement is a strong and practical finish, it is more delicate than a traditional wooden table. We therefore advise handling it with appropriate care to maintain its appearance and longevity.
